Ofir K. is an artist based in Israel. She explores the mind and the consciousness through video animations with repeating geometric shapes that create psychedelic journeys with multiple transformations and transitions. Through the creation process of the animations, a new narrative takes place, builds in the process that is guided by her intuition. Starting from blank, she explores geometrical shapes with a new order at a time. Then, animating the shapes with an exploration of new geometrical hierarchies and intensive movement that evoke an emotional reaction. “When creating, I have to feel the movement of the shapes and their transitions. It’s like a mirror to my emotional processing and intuition.”
